  16.      Read  this  document  carefully,  complete  it  and mail to On-Disk
  17. Software.

  19.      I will not copy or distribute the ColLst product except  in  accord
  20. with  this  agreement. I  understand  that  any violation is against the
  21. copyright laws of the United States  and/or  other  countries  and  also
  22. adversely  affects  On-Disk  Software's  attempt to provide high quality
  23. software at reasonable prices.

  25.      I may distribute  copies  in  the  demonstration  form. This  means
  26. copies  of  all  the  files  without  modifications or deletions, before
  27. execution of the installation procedure. 
  28.  
  29.      Any such demonstration  diskettes  must  be  properly  labeled. The
  30. label must read:

  39. disk labels may also be printed from file DSKLABELS by the command

  43. when your printer has standard disk labels mounted (3 1/2" x 15/16").
